In 2020, LinkedIn was tracking over 45.000 HRtech & HR Service vendors on its platform. On average, according to the same LinkedIn article, every employer has around 15+ HR tech vendor solutions X two modules per vendor, which means they have 7+ vendors to manage. And managing so many vendors is one thing, but becoming familiar with the different terminology they may use and staying up to date with that is another. The first statement of this episode is "In todays' market there are so many tools and terms, that HR practitioners need a course to understand what is what".
