Presented by

Description

Employee engagement levels have been dramatically low for years. Research from Gallup shows that last year in the US the annual employee engagement rate was 32%. Globally it was even lower, namely 23%. And in France it was just 7%. Employee Engagement is linked to people's intrinsic motivation. The last statement of this episode is the following: "Employee Engagement is like getting a smoker to quit - if they don't really want to, it won't happen."
