Please, specify your needs while filling the registration form. Rooms have been pre-booked (except for the ones who live in Lyon or its area) for the night of January 21st to 22nd.

The event starts at 10 AM to enable you to arrive in Lyon in the morning. The rooms and breakfasts are paid by Cegid, however the extras are at your expense.

Shuttles will be in permanent rotation from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am from the Groupama Stadium to the hotels.

To Cegid Vaise, 3 departures are planed: 9:30 pm, 10:30 pm and 00:00.

You will receive your badge by email a few days before the event. Please, print it and bring it with you on January 21^st. We will give you an holder and a lanyard upon your arrival.
