This session comes at a specific moment. Many of you have already run your own start of the year meetings with your executive committees. This Operating Council is meant as a collective wrap up. A moment to step back together, align, and close this first cycle as an operating group.
We will share the strategic direction as well as the big initiatives that will make our success in 2026. It will also be an opportunity to share our roadmap for the year following the recent strategic discussions and alignment sessions. We want to hear what resonated, what raised questions, and what may need clarification as we move into execution. We will also spend time on the Cegid Way, our leadership model, and focus on what it really takes to make it concrete and visible in day to day leadership practices.
