After several years in a large international HRIS environment, he created his HRTech startup to monitor  employee experience and improve HR analytics. After 4 years of intensive development and growth, the company was sold in 2020 to a leading French HR consultancy. Florian is Head of product management BU Talent & currently leads the Cegid Data Lab programm at Station F.
