What do the participation fees include for customers?The participation fee for June 9-10, 2026, includes: Access to all conferences, workshops, and networking areas. Cocktail reception on Monday, June 8, plus on-site meals: June 9 (coffee breaks, lunch, dinner); June 10 (breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch). One night in a single room (June 9-10). Exclusions: Fees do not cover round-trip transportation from your departure city to Václav Havel Airport Prague, or any travel and activities outside the official program. Travel Recommendations Note: Flights to Prague are very limited—arrive by Monday, June 8, or the first flight on Tuesday, June 9 morning. For clients, the night of June 8 is at your expense. Plan your return for the evening of Wednesday, June 10, to fully enjoy two days of insights and connections with exceptional guests.
