Early arrival option Your package includes attendance at the event on Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10. If you prefer to arrive on Monday evening, June 8 (for greater comfort or to better match your travel schedule), this is absolutely possible. Accommodation You will be staying at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. If you choose to arrive on Monday evening, you can book an additional night for €175 (excluding VAT), which means €213 (including VAT and tourist tax), which will allow you to keep the same room for both nights. How to book this extra night The reservation must be made through our agency MCI. 1. Send an email to natacha.sosnowski@wearemci.com with your request. 2. You will receive instructions depending on the option chosen: - For payment by bank transfer, please provide the registered company name, the billing address, and the EU VAT number to issue the invoice “Payable immediately net.” - For payment by card, you will receive a link for online Stripe payment, then an invoice once the payment is received. 3. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the payment.

The participation fee for June 9-10, 2026, includes: Access to all conferences, workshops, and networking areas. Exclusions: Fees do not cover round-trip transportation from your departure city to Václav Havel Airport Prague, or any travel and activities outside the official program. Travel Recommendations Note: Flights to Prague are very limited—arrive by Monday, June 8, or the first flight on Tuesday, June 9 morning. For clients, the night of June 8 is at your expense.
