IMPORTANT: Because flights to Prague are very limited, we strongly recommend arriving as early as Monday, June 8, or on the first flight on the morning of Tuesday, June 9. 

Should you like to arrive the previous day , on Monday, June 8, please refer to our FAQ “Is it possible to get an earlier arrival?” for instructions on how to proceed.

For your return, please choose an evening flight on Wednesday, June 10 so you can make the most of these two days of rich discussions and networking.

Book your flight ticket as early as possible
Prague is a popular destination with limited flight options.
To make sure you don’t miss a moment: 
  • Arrival: We recommend arriving on Monday, June 8, in the evening. For clients with package 2 days / 1 night, the hotel room is not included for Monday night.
  • Departure: Plan to leave on Wednesday, June 10, late in the evening to enjoy the full event experience. 

Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the participant within thirty (30) days prior to the event: 
  • You can give up your place to one of your colleagues at no extra cost. 
  • The payments made by the participant will be retained by Cegid. 
  • The participant will be liable for the totality of the sums remaining due. 
  • In the event that participation in the event was offered free of charge by Cegid, the participant will be liable for the sums for which he/she was exempted.
