Executive Director of the Cegid HCM BU, Sébastien Maire is an expert in controlled transformation of organizations, useful digitization and new ways of managing human resources. With more than 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant at Accenture France and Director of Employment, Remuneration and HR Operations of the BPCE Group, he now implements the design and development of new HR proposals at Cegid. In parallel, Sébastien was President of the SIRH Circle from 2012 to 2014. He was also elected 2012 HRIS Director of the Year.
