 ACA is an independent software company specialised in corporate cash management (THETYS and CASH SOLVE) and the management of accounting and financial flows (ISIE). It also has a dedicated management solution for the insurance industry (ASSUREX).

Cegid's acquisition of ACA will add a major brick - cash management - to its range of solutions for finance departments in mid-caps and large companies. This is a further step in Cegid's expansion in the field of financial flows.

The ISIE solution, used to manage accounting and financial flows (audit trails, reconciliation and management of financial data), goes hand-in-hand with the acquisition of the Dhatim company's Conciliator Expert, which offers the same service for accountants. Cegid is developing a unique, AI-driven expertise for finance professionals. Lastly, ACA offers a dedicated management solution for the insurance industry (ASSUREX), a sector in which Cegid is already present. Cegid will bolster its position by rounding out its offer with a solution that is perfectly suited to the profession's challenges. Thanks to its innovative SaaS solutions and the expertise of its teams, who offer a very high service level, ACA is now a recognised software company among finance departments and has 350 prestigious cross-industry customers.

This innovative Cloud-hosted solution provides one-click access to financing. Koalaboox products are used daily by over 9,000 entrepreneurs and 950 accountants in Belgium. 

With this acquisition, Cegid makes a striking entry onto the Belgian market for management software and becomes a European FinTech player, now equipped with a new range of one-of-a-kind products and a technology that helps optimise small businesses' cash position. 

This acquisition also allows Cegid to develop a new strategic business line based on exchanges of banking flows and data, and designed to improve businesses' cashflow: a constant concern for entrepreneurs, compounded by the current health crisis. 

We plan to expand our current product portfolio by using the Koalaboox technology in Cegid XRP Flex for SMEs, Cegid Sales Management for small business and Cegid Loop for accounting firms. 

We also aim to offer this solution to all of the management editors on the European market ; the technology developed by Koalaboox uses open APIs for easier integration with all of the market's potential management solutions.

Dhatim develops and distributes two SaaS solutions. 

The first of these, Conciliator Expert, represents the biggest seller to date and is a fully-automated bookkeeping solution for accounting professionals and chartered accountants. The platform uses Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) to locate and capture data from invoices or various other sources (such as scanned documents and e-mails). It then classifies the data and posts it in accordance with the chart of accounts, before sending the data to the accounting software through an API. The solution is a benchmark in terms of usability and productivity gains. It is already being used by 500 chartered accounting firms that have adopted paperless accounting. 

Conciliator Expert can be proposed to Cegid's accountant customers currently using the Cegid Quadra and Cegid Expert solutions in SaaS mode, who will reap a significant improvement in their accounting production and the opportunity to focus on higher-value consulting and support missions for their customers. 

Dhatim's second offering, Conciliator Pay, is an automated solution used to check, reconcile, optimise and lodge the DSN nominative payroll and social security declarations. It can be used to check payslips, flag potential errors and optimise reporting. The solution will eventually be made available to the thousands of customers already using Cegid payroll software.

This major acquisition will enable us to position ourselves as the number one European provider of Human Capital Management solutions - covering payroll and human resources - and to step up our expansion both throughout Europe and globally in a rapidly growing market.  

For the past 14 years, thanks to its renowned Human Capital Management software, user experience and know-how, Talentsoft's expertise has become firmly established among its 2,200 customers in France and in 130 countries. For its part, Cegid has equipped 6,000 companies with payroll management solutions worldwide and nearly 7 million employees receive pay slips from Cegid solutions.

As part of an acquisition drive that has been underway for several months, the arrival of Talentsoft will enable Cegid to achieve its development goals more quickly in the Human Resources sector, one of Cegid's five priority markets.   

Cegid and Talentsoft will generate annual revenue of over €600 million. We will claim undisputed European leadership in the cloud-based Human Capital Management market.

Between us, we will have the largest R&D team based in France working on cloud-based Human Capital Management software. Finally, over 1,500 people will be dedicated to this market worldwide.
