Learn about new features, UI & UX, SaaS and security improvements in your Cegid Retail UR platform to better run your omnichannel activities. Explore new tools and services to facilitate upgrades, augment scalability and innovate with “headless commerce”. This workshop will also explore how Cegid Retail UR Mpos can help staff adapt to new roles and simplify shopper experiences, such as queue busting, check out, data collection and customer recognition tools, as well as access to full collections and endless aisle services.
Some pertinent customer case studies and key figures will provide a backbone to details about our roadmap and new SaaS services that integrate Cegid Retail Live Store UR and unify store processes. It’s a must for any UR / Storeland / Winstore clients.
