Immediately after graduating from the prestigious Engineering College of Arts et Métiers in France, Matthieu Rinville spent four years in the United States in Chicago as Production Director of a Facom Group factory.
He then returned to France to complete an MBA from Insead School of Business before commencing his career at Louis Vuitton: first in logistics, then as General Manager of the Group’s outsourcing division in Romania before being appointed as Industrial Director of Men's and Casual Shoes line. Following this, Matthieu moved into retail , was appointed Global Stores Retail Director, based in Venice before becoming Retail Marketing Director for Italy. After this experience he joined Gucci as VP Retail Europe and then moved to Moncler as Global Omnichannel Client and Performance Director.
