Bénédicte is the founder and CEO of Clustree. After an atypical career and four years in consulting, she chose to change profession. In order to identify possible development paths, she manually analyzed several hundred profiles similar to her own. Clustree was born from this research: a personal, unbiased and intelligent digital coach whose mission is to give support to 100% of employees in the construction of their career.
