Sylvie Chauvin has spent more than 35 years working on strategy and analysis in the digital technology market. She has aided the development of numerous research organizations in France and also been held marketing positions in the industry. In 1997 she launched MARKESS, an independent research company specializing in market analysis and modernization strategies for companies and administrations using digital technology. As part of this work, she helps IT and professional decision-makers make the most of the roles, practices and solutions brought about by digital technology and helps suppliers on a strategic and operational level, with growth in the French market. Sylvie Chauvin is a member of various professional think tanks and is administrator of the French Home Automation Federation.
