More than 15 years of experience in supporting the public sector in the fields of Finance, Human Resources and Citizen Services. After starting her career in 1998 as a Business Engineer at Civitas, Hélène Barrios joined the Umanis IT services company at the beginning of 2001 as a Banking Business Engineer. She joined Intentia Consulting (now INFOR) in 2002 as Business Engineer for Large National and International Accounts. In 2004 she returned to Civitas, where she became Agency Director in 2005, then Sales and Services Director in 2007. Hélène took over responsibility for the Operations and Strategic Marketing Department in 2009. Since 2011, Hélène Barrios has been Managing Director of Cegid Public (merger between Civitas and Visa Informatics, companies acquired by Cegid Group in 2008 and 2010).
