Philippe GROUSSET joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1986 and was co-opted partner in 1998. Member of the Supervisory Board of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats from June 2013 to June 2016, Philippe is Managing Director since July 2016. He holds a Master’s II in Business Law (1985, DJCE Montpellier). He is a lecturer in tax law at the University of Montpellier. He is the author of The Practice of Accounting Auditing (Francis Lefebvre Editions, 1997) and many articles on corporate taxation. Former President and Director of the Institute of Tax Legal Counsel (IACF), he is also a member of the French Association of Corporate Legal Counsel (ACE) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Member of the MEDEF Tax Commission.
