Alexandra began her career as a journalist with Décideurs magazine. For more than two years, she directed the media collection (editorial strategy, article writing) and events (program design, moderation of conferences) dedicated to HR innovation, management and education.
She has also created an innovation space dedicated to the development of "entrepreneurship" within the group. Nowadays, she is a speaker and moderator at HEC, CNAM, Université d'Hiver de la Formation Professionnelle (UHFP), Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain (VLCH),or at Printemps des Universités d'Entreprise (U-Spring) on the main themes of HR innovation and the future of jobs and schools.
She is also involved in the writing of two books on open education and skills in the digital age with several research teachers at the School of Mines/Telecom Management.
In addition to her job as a journalist, she founded Shaker, a consulting firm on collaborative innovation (design thinking & collective intelligence) where she helps companies to involve employees in their company’s transformation. A lawyer by training and an amateur actress, Alexandra is seasoned and passionate about public speaking.
