Born from the acquisition of the business activities of the Sage publisher by the investment fund Argos Soditic, alongside the management team, in May 2013, Salvia Développement is recognized as a key player in these three markets. Salvia Développement equips more than 1,000 communities including 67 general councils, is present at almost all the social landlords and equips 240 real estate developers. Salvia Développement has sales of 11.5 million euros in 2015, 118 employees and more than 1,950 customers.
Our applications manage more than 100 billion outstanding debt, manage the fixed assets of more than 4 million social housing units, and monitor more than 50,000 multi-family units built each year.
Salvia Développement is also developing in new markets (institutional, associative, cooperative, insurance, property, ...) with a problem of debt management, asset treatment or real estate project management taking advantage of the experience gained on its historical markets.
