For the following nights, hotel room bookings will be managed by the event team (bookings and payment): 

- From October 1st to October 2nd hotels can be booked for Cegid collaborators invited to Cegid Celebration Lyon (excepted collaborators working at Cegid Vaise) 

- From October 3rd to October 4th hotels can be booked for collaborators invited to Cegid Celebration Paris (excepted collaborators working at Cegid Rueil and Astorg) Hotels directions will be communicated later. 

Transports are managed specifically for each Cegid agency in France according to the localisation and the number of collaborators involved. Please refer to the following sheet to know how your transportation will be handled. The contact of our dedicated travel agent from Selectour and the Cegid referent will be communicated shortly. 

Lyon : shuttle services will depart from Cegid Vaise and stop at the Matmut Stadium. 

Paris Astorg & Rueil-Malmaison : no shuttle service scheduled from Rueil & Astorg due to the traffic jam. We recommend using Public transportation. 

Hotel / Party : for the employees that are staying in hotels, shuttles will be organized between train stations, hotels and the event place.
